Introduction

This was a totally improvised dish but it was SO delicious! It completely satisfied me and is only about 65 calories for one serving! This was a totally improvised dish but it was SO delicious! It completely satisfied me and is only about 65 calories for one serving!

Ingredients

    I used a 2.9 lb chicken breast, boneless, skinless
    2 medium crowns of broccoli
    3 tbsp soy sauce
    2 tsp crushed Garlic
    2 table spoons Genji Ginger Miso Dressing

Directions

Clean and cook chicken in a pan, steam broccoli seperately so that its still green but not a pale green, that means all the flavor is pretty much gone and its mushy.
Combine cooked chicken and broccoli with soy sauce and ginger sauce and crushed garlic and stir and serve!
