Done in crockpot. Great busy night meal. Done in crockpot. Great busy night meal.
Number of Servings: 6


    1lb ground beef, browned and drained (I used 94/6)
    3 large potatoes cut into 1 inch cubes
    3 carrots, sliced
    10oz pkg of frozen peas
    1 med onion, sliced
    1 celery rib, diced
    1 can tomato soup
    1 soup-can water


Layer all ingredients as follows in crockpot after prepped as described in ingredient list: potatoes, peas, carrots, onion, celery, ground beef. Mix tomato soup and water together and pour over other ingredients. Cook on low 6-8hrs or until veggies are tender.
