    16 Asparagus spears (or one bundle)
    2 tbsp sliced green olives (with pimento)
    2 garlic cloves minced
    4 tbsp EVOO/Canola oil mix
    2 tsp sea salt
    1 tsp ground peppercorns


in skillet, heat olive oil over medium low heat. Add olives and garlic. Saute for about 1 min. Add asparagus, salt, and pepper to skillet. Toss to coat evenly. Cook over medium heat stiring frequently for about 3-5 mins.
Serves 4.
