Introduction

Tasty sweet-peppery-salty roasted cauliflower - Great as a side dish, hors d'oeuvre, or snack! Tasty sweet-peppery-salty roasted cauliflower - Great as a side dish, hors d'oeuvre, or snack!

Ingredients

    8 cups cauliflower, cut into small even-sized florets
    2 Tblsp Soy sauce
    1/2 Tblsp Olive Oil
    1/2 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
    1 tsp granulated sugar

Directions

Heat oven to 450F and place rack in the middle of oven. Combine soy sauce, oil, pepper and sugar and pour over cauliflower florets to coat. Allow to marinate 20 minutes. Arrange in single layer on baking sheet and roast until tender and slightly blackened, about 20 mins.

Remove from oven and serve hot or at room temperature as a side dish or appetizer or snack.

Yeilds 8 servings 1 cup ea.
