Good, put it all in the crockpot first thing this AM and it cooked WAY down - may have to boost something - the peppers cooked completely down - couldn't tell they were in there! Added some garlic and pesto for seasoning as well - as stated before can be modified! Good starter. - 10/18/10

So Simple, but really, really delicious. I skipped the red peppers since the rest of my family doesn't care for them, but it was still delicious. I'm looking forward to eating the left-overs for lunch this week. Great recipe. Thanks. - 1/11/10

This was a really easy, nutritious and low-fat meal. I think next time I might add some more flavorful vegetables though. The recipe itself is a little bland but the nice thing about it is that it's flexible. - 10/12/10

Very good! I was trying to find a recipe for white beans(which I don't like much) & this one is great! I actually liked the beans in this! I've tried 6 other recipes & threw them all down the sink b/c no one would eat them--this one's a keeper. - 7/12/10
