This was a really easy, nutritious and low-fat meal. I think next time I might add some more flavorful vegetables though. The recipe itself is a little bland but the nice thing about it is that it's flexible.
I am always looking for high fiber meals; This is a great recipe in terms of it's ease and content. It will be going in my cookbook!
