Introduction

Although it sounds very high in calories, it is very filling and can be eaten alone and be a very satisfying dinner or lunch. You can use any variety of flatbread or naan bread, but make sure you have a George Foreman or any other type of grill, to give the recipe the warmth and crispyness it needs. Ingredients

    Flatbread, 1 piece
    1 oz. Cheddar cheese
    1 tbsp. onion, chopped
2.6 oz. Chicken breast, boneless, skinless
    1 tbsp. light caesar dressing

Directions

Heat up your grill or panini press. Cut the flatbread or naan in half. Place one half on the grill. Place 1 oz of thinly sliced cheese on the bread, then top with spinach mixed with your dressing and onions (prepared like a salad). Top off with sliced chicken breast and place the other half of the flatbread or naan on top. Pull grill top down and grill until cheese is softened and warm, and the bread is browned.
