Ingredients

    9' Graham Cracker Pie Crust
    4 tsp. Margarine (optional)
    4 Bananas thinly sliced on the diagonal
    2 tbl. Fresh lime juice
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1/3 cp. Sugar
    1 1/2 c. Plain nonfat yogurt
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    Grated Lime zest (optional)

Directions

In a bowl, toss the bananas with the lime juice and reserve one cup. Arrange remaining bananas over the pie crust.

In a small sauce pan,sprinkle the gelatin over 1/2 cup cold water,let stand 2 minutes. Add the sugar and margarine(optional) ,cook over medium heat stirring constantly, util the mixture boils and the gelatin and sugar dissolve,about 2-3 minutes.
remove from heat ; whisk in the yogurt and vanilla. Pour into the pie plate. Arrange the reserved bananas over the top of pie. sprinkle with lime zest (optional),refrigerate ,covered until chilled., 2-3 hours
