    1/2 c. splenda
    4 egg whites
    2 tbsp. cornstarch
    2 pkg of 8 oz reduced fat neufchatel cheese
    1 pkg of 8 oz fat free cream cheese
    1 c. fat free sour cream
    2 tsp. vanilla
    sprinkle with cinnamon when done


Soften the cream cheese and neufchatel cheese in the microwave and stir. Stir in splenda, cornstarch, sour cream and egg whites/egg beaters. Beat until smooth and pour into cheesecake pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

    This is a great recipe...try topping it with Polaner all fruit strawberry spread or sugar free preserves...even more delicious and satisfying! - 4/5/10

    I made this cheesecake with my Mom for a family dinner and it was WONDERFUL. It took us a little longer to bake and we also added lemon zest and juice. It was so good we are going to make this again and again! Yum! - 2/10/10

  • splenda is the brand name for sucralose, a sugar substitute that is easy to bake with and sweetens just like sugar without all the calories. - 3/18/10
