Ingredients

1/2 c. splenda
4 egg whites
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 pkg of 8 oz reduced fat neufchatel cheese
1 pkg of 8 oz fat free cream cheese
1 c. fat free sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
sprinkle with cinnamon when done
Directions
Soften the cream cheese and neufchatel cheese in the microwave and stir. Stir in splenda, cornstarch, sour cream and egg whites/egg beaters. Beat until smooth and pour into cheesecake pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
