Introduction

This is a new version of my husbands family recipe. This is a new version of my husbands family recipe.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup crushed whole wheat crackers
    1 clove garlic minced
    1 egg
    milk
    1/4 cup worcheshire sauce
    Adolf's tenderizer
    Accent
    Pepper

Directions

With hands crumble ground beef into a large bowl. Add the chopped onion, crushed crackers, garlic and seasonings to taste. Mix well. In seperate bowl whisk the egg, milk, and worcheshire sauce then add to meat mixture and mix well. When all ingredients are mixed well form into patties.
Grill or bake in an oven at 350*F for 30 minutes.
