Ingredients

    1 egg
    8 tblsp splenda
    120ml skimmed milk
    4 tbls vegetable oil
    200g plain flour
    50g porrige oats
    1 tblsp baking powder
    0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
    blueberries or other

Directions

Pre heat oven to 190 or gas 5.
whisk egg,splenda,milk and oil in one bowl then add to other ingrediants stir in blueberries or other fruit, seperate into 8 mounds on baking sheet and pop in the oven,
