I modified the directions on the Pamela's cornbread & muffin mix to make a bit lighter I modified the directions on the Pamela's cornbread & muffin mix to make a bit lighter

Ingredients

    1 pkg Pamela's Cornbread & Muffin Mix
    2eggs
    1/2 c light sour cream
    1 c water
    1T agave nectar

Directions

mix all ingredients together just until combined well. Pour into muffin tins. Bake at 350 20 minutes or until done
