Introduction

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    11/2 lbs lean ground turkey
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 8oz can diced green chilies
    1 16 oz can Mexican tomatoes, diced
    1 large can Red kidney beans
    1 16 oz can Chickpeas(Garbonzo beans
    1 16 oz can Navy beans
    1 Tablespoon Chili powder
    1 teaspoon Red pepper

Directions

Brown ground turkey with diced onions and green chilies. Add Chili powder and Red pepper. When meat is brown add remaining ingredients. Let simmer for at least 30 minutes. The longer it simmers the more the flavors blend.
You may want to add more spices according to your tastes.
Makes 16 1 cup servings. Also great with lettuce as taco salad.
