    3/4 cups uncooked rice (Cooked separately with 1 1/2 cups of water) Set aside.

    In a wok, warm:

    2 TBS Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    6 garlic cloves, chopped
    1 onion, chopped

    When onions are see through, add:

    12 ounces chicken breast

    AFTER Chicken is browned add:

    2 Tsp Better Boullion Vegetable Base with 2 cups of water (or 2 cups of any GF broth.)
    The entire bag of Flav R Pac Yellow Carrot Stir Fry (or any frozen 16 oz bag of veggie stir fry mix.)

    Simmer until vegetables are done to your likeness.
    Add COOKED brown rice , stir and serve.
