Yummy chili that's very high in protein and chock full of good for you beans and veggies. A little bit of bittersweet chocolate and optional chipotle peppers add a lot of depth of flavor. Ingredients

1 T. butter
2 T. olive oil
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 large onion, diced
1 lb lean ground turkey
2 cans dark kidney beans
1 can black beans
1 large can diced tomatoes
1 oz bittersweet baking chocolate (2 squares)
3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (optional)
chili powder
cumin
cinnamon
garlic powder/garlic salt
Directions
Melt butter with olive oil in large pot.
Add onion, cook over medium-high until soft and translucent.
Add garlic, saute 30 seconds.
Add ground turkey and 2-3 T chili powder, brown.
Add beans and tomatoes, and other spices to taste, including chipotle peppers. Stir well and simmer until done, approx 1-2 hours. Add 2 squares chocolate and stir in to melt before serving.
