Ingredients

    Veggies:
    1.5 Cup Spinach
    .75 cup chopped cucumber
    .5 cup grape tomatoes
    .25 cup chopped mushrooms

    dressing:
    1 tbsp Gochujang paste
    .5 tbsp sesame oil
    1tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp sushi vinegar
    salt & pepper to taste

    Tuna:
    1 can drained tuna in water
    .5 tbsp Gochujang paste
    .5 tbsp Sesame oil

    Garnish:
    1 tsp Sesame seeds
    .25 cup Kimchi

Directions

Combine veggies in a bowl and set aside.

Mix ingredients for dressing in a small bowl with a fork, blending until the gochujang paste is incorporated. Pour over veggies and toss.

In the same bowl used for dressing, combine tuna and remaining gochujang paste and water. Mix until incorporated.

Top veggies with tuna mix and kimchi and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
