Ingredients

    1/2 cup Felix Lingonberries
    1 banana, mashed
    1 cup plain soy yogurt
    Scant 1/3 cup Sunflower oil
    4 Tbsp seedless, no sugar added Raspberry Jam
    1 2/3 cup whole wheat pastry flour
    2 tsp baking soda

Directions

Mix all ingredients other than flour and soda well. Quickly add flour and soda, stir just until moistened then put into muffin cups and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees F. Makes 12 muffins.
