Introduction

Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    1 cup of leftover roasted turkey breast
    1 can of mixed vegetables (drained) or frozen
    1 can of cream of chicken soup (don't dilute)
    1.5 cup of homemade mashed potatoes
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. dried or minced onion flakes\
    1 tsp. ground black pepper
    1/4 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/4 cup progresso italian bread crumbs

Directions

spray 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray
Mix in large bowl, chopped up turkey breast, cream of chicken soup, all the spices mixing well. Pour in bottom of sprayed baking dish.
Top with homemade mashed potatoes (leftover ones are best) and then add italian bread crumbs, lightly spray with cooking spray
Bake in 350 oven for 30-40 minutes and serve immediately
Serves 6 to 9 people approximately 1 cup each
