Ingredients

Bed of greens:
1.5 oz of baby spinach
2 cups of romaine hearts, chopped
1 Tbsp Lime Juice (or more or less according to taste)
Salt, Pepper and any other seasonings you like, I use Badia's complete seasoning)
Tuna Salad:
1 can of light tuna in water (I used Starkist)
Hellmann's canola mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp (26 g)
Spanish green olives - 4 small or 2 large, sliced
Minced onion - 1/4 of a medium onion finely chopped
Minced garlic - 1 tsp
1 hard boiled egg - chopped
1 plum tomato - chopped in small dices
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
In a bowl or plastic container with lid mix the lettuce and the spinach, add the lemon juice, salt, pepper and other seasonings, cover the bowl and shake well to mix. Put in a plate like making a bed.
Mix the onions, tomato, garlic, mayo, olives, egg and tuna in the bowl- add salt and pepper to taste, stir to combine and serve on top of the greens.
