Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    Birds Eye 'Whole' Frzn. Green Beans (1c.), thawed
    Garlic Salt, .50 tbsp or to taste.
    Walnuts, .25 cup, chopped
    DAK Prem. Bacon 2sl., cooked till tender crisp & crumbled.

Directions

Thaw green beans till still crisp, fry bacon until just tender crips. Set ingredients aside adding the chopped walnuts to the bacon pan roasting walnuts slightly, add green beans & bacon till warmed & serve.

    This sounds great. I've got fresh frozen green beans already. Just have to get the bacon. - 2/10/10

    I actually keep the pre-cooked Bacon Bits that are 50% less fat that way. I usually use a little olive oil and add the Bacon towards the last few minutes of cooking.
