Ingredients

    Whole wheat pasta(One Box), Diced tomatoes (one Can), Spinach (frozen or fresh one package) Garlic, Olive oil, Salt,

Directions

Boil salted water add pasta
when pasta is al dente strain and place to the side

In a large non stick pan drizzle 1-2 tbs of oilve oil and add chopped garlic - low heat 2-3 minutes

Next add the spinach if using fresh it will wilt and you may have to add half at a time if you are using frozen squeeze the water out for a thicker sauce.

After the spinach has been mixed in and wilted, add the can of diced tomatoes and simmer for 15 minutes covered stit occasionally.

Season to taste

I add red pepper flakes and italian spices such as basil and oregano to taste.

Garnish with shaved parmasagn cheese (Optional)
