The nurition info is per cheese filled pasta shell. The sauce is not included in the nutrition info. These also freeze well. I like to make up a bunch of shells and freeze them. Ingredients

    1/2 c Part Skim Riccotta Cheese
    1/2 c Fat Free Cottage Cheese
    1/4 c Shredded Parmesan Cheese
    24 Large Pasta Shells
    Italian Seasoning to taste
    Minced Garlic to taste
    Canned pasta sauce of choice (not included in nutrition info)

Directions

Mix cheese, seasoning and garlic together. I like to put it all in the food processor and blend until smooth because I don't like the texture of the cottage cheese.
Prepare shells per package instructions.
Fill each shell with about 1 Tbsp cheese mixture.
Spoon a thin layer of sause in the bottom of a baking dish.
Lay shells on top of the sauce.
Pour more sauce on top of the shells.
Bake at 350 for about 10-15 minutes or until hot all the way through.
