Introduction

Ingredients

    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small stalk celery, chopped
    1 small carrot, chopped
    1 clove of garlic, chopped
    1-16 oz can of black beans, drained
    1-15 oz can of pinto beans, drained
    1-16 oz can red kidney beans, drained
    1/2 cup of tomato chopped
    1 tsp fresh thyme
    1 oz white wine
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Add all ingredients into a bowl. mix well, cover, put in refrigerator until time to serve.
