Ingredients

    6 large green onions
    1 head cabbage
    6 large stalks (or more) celery
    2 11.5oz cans V8 veg. juice
    2 large cans tomatoes
    2 green peppers (bell)
    1 package Lipton soup dry mix
    salt, pepper, parsley (to taste)

    Optional: bouillon and/or hot sauce

Directions

Cut all the vegetables into small pieces, place in a soup pot; pour V8 and canned tomatoes over; stir and cook until the vegetables are tender.
NOTE: if using the bouillon and/or hot sauce, add when the soup starts to boil. This soup freezes really well.
