Introduction

This has been thrown together by me a few times, and it gets better each time. Add ingredients that you like. My list is very basic and changes with my mood. For vegetarian, use vegetable broth. Any protein, of course, will add calories, fat, sodium, but get adventurous! This is just a canvas for your own creation.....thanks and enjoy! Ingredients

1 pkg. (10 oz.) Organic Stir Fry Vegetables
    1 pkg. (med/lrg.) Firm/Extra Firm Tofu(or any protein)
    1 pkg. Shirataki(Tofu) noodles
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
1 Cup Low Sodium Chicken broth( or Vegetable Broth)
1 tbsp Low Sodium Teriaki Sauce
    1 tsp. Black Pepper--to taste

Directions

Makes about 3 servings.

Microwave veggies, following the instructions on the pkg. In a large, non-stick saute pan or wok, use chicken broth to saute onions until translucent. Add garlic. Add cooked veggies. Add teriaki sauce. Cut tofu in to small, appetizing dices. Add to pan, cook for about 10 minutes. Wash and drain noodles(as they smell really bad.) Boil in water for 1-3 minutes to get rid of smell/taste--trust me. After 1-3 minutes, drain again until almost dry. Add to pan. Saute for another 15-20 minutes until cooked through. Add black pepper to taste.
Garnish with scallions(green onion tops)---if you want...not necessary...just pretty. Enjoy!
