    93% lean ground beef (1.5 lb )
    olive oil (1 tablespoon )
    Medium vadelia onion - diced
    Medium hungarian hot pepper - chopped
    Dried pepper flakes to taste
    Ground Cumin
    Chili powder
    Garlic ( 3 cloves crushed)
    tomatoes with jalepenos (15 oz can)
    Crushed Tomatoes ( 28 oz can)
    Petite diced tomatoes ( no salt added)
    Organic beans:__as follows
    Light Red
    navy
    Pinto
    Black Beans

Directions

Makes approx. 18 - 1 cup servings
Brown meat with spices, onion and garlic
In 5-6 quart crock pot combine all ingredients
On high cooke approx 8 hrs.
