Introduction

This is a delicious side dish. This is my wife's recipe. Everyone we know loves this easy to create dish. This is a delicious side dish. This is my wife's recipe. Everyone we know loves this easy to create dish.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1/4 cup margarine
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 cup uncooked rice
    1 - 4 0z can mushrooms
    2 cans beef broth, consomme etc.

Directions

Melt margarine in small skillet.

Saute onions until clear.

Mix all ingredients in a large casserole.

Bake uncovered for 1 hour, stirring after 30 minutes.

Serve hot.

Serves 6 - 8 people.
