    4 cups vinegared sushi rice, cooked
    1 avocado, sliced
    1/2 cup cucumber, slivered
    1 sheet nori, toasted
    3 baby carrots, slivered
    1 tbsp. black sesame seeds or toasted sesame seeds
    1/2 cup toasted almonds


Cook rice and let cool in non-aluminum bowl, tossing to cool evenly. Put 1 cup rice on plate, and arrange condiments on top so that it looks nice. Serve with tamari, wasabi and ginger.
