Delicious Apple-Pumpkin Muffins made with whole wheat flour and flax. You can sub Splend for sugar if you prefer, but I have not tried this as i do not use artifical sweetners.
this is from the Betty Crocker cookbook. I changed the heavy whipping cream - I subbed fat free half and half. You do need to cook it quite a bit longer, but I think it is worth it! I also cut the amount of swiss cheese in half. The original recipe has 56 gm of fat and 600 calories. I have tried using egg beaters instead of whole eggs and do not like it very much, but it does work.
This is the traditional Elvis shake made with Protein Drink Mix which you use water instead of milk.
They cook up like crepes/pancakes. The protein powder is unnecessary but it makes them fluffier
Wonderful breakfast smoothie. I love smoothies and am always trying new things. I saw that ginger and lemon juice was added to a smoothie that was just like mine in a magazine. I tried it and I think it tastes great and the ginger makes the stomach feel good.

Make with all sweet potatoes for a sweeter dish. This recipe can be changed by mixing and matching your favorite veggies. Serve with sour cream as an option.
