Perfect hot breakfast. Comes together quick and tastes indulgent without breaking the calorie or fat bank.
This came out of needing to get my veggies in but wouldn't all fit in the omelet, nor does my son like any of the veggies i used...lol.
A great dish to create if you have any leftover rice. All you need to do is add a few extra ingredients and before you know it you have a whole new spicy meal!
grate cottage cheese and add # Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped
# Paprika, 1 tsp
# *Coriander leaf, dried, 1 tsp
# Salt, 3 dash
# Pepper, black, 1 dash
Mix the above ingredients.
butter the bread and put a layer of the above mixture. Grill well for 5 minutes. serve hot.
Mix ingredients in blender with 5-6 ice cubes, a little vanilla and two Tablespoons Splenda and enjoy in a pretty goblet! : )
