Something I put together after eating at River City Diner in RVA. Didn't require a bun.
Lettuce wrap made with chicken lunch meat, a very small piece of bologne, tomato slice, swiss and cheddar cheese.

This soup was created out of necessity. I was tired of buying canned soup with gross looking random chunks of meat, so I made my own rockin soup. I keep some out and freeze the rest!
Tuna is tasty, until you add all the junk. I skinnied down the additives for this recipe. I eat it with 1 romain leaf and 1/2 of a whole wheat pita.
This sounds like a very odd way to eat tuna, but I tried it today and it was GREAT!!! I hope you will try it! This amount should be enough to feed two people for lunch.. maybe with something on the side??
I messed up my portions on the beef soup base so I had to add lots of water to make it less salty. Huge soup.

This is a recipe my grandmother used to make all the time. This is the only way I can get my husband to eat cabbage. These are great for kids because they can eat them with their hands. Also, runzas can be frozen and reheated for a quick meal on the go. (I like packing them in lunches.
