This is the pasta salad I make for work parties and at the beginning of the work week and then split into meals for the whole week.

I wanted a low calorie and low fat Potato Salad for the Fourth of July this year, so I created this potato salad. I substitute the yogurt for the heavy Mayonnaise that also every potato salad calls for. To my surprise and my husbands we enjoyed this little creation. So I thought I would share it with you all.
