Great way to satisfy that craving for oriental food with less sodium and no msg!
We used to make this all the time with brats and grill the onions in the drippings of the brats. Granted we would get lower fat brats, but they were still brats. This is very very tasty and filled me up with 4.5 servings of 1 cup each. Guys may want 3 servings of 1 1/2 cup each, but that changes the nutritional values to 328.4 calories, 12.5 fat, 29.8 carbs and 23.8 protein.
An amazingly simple yet very flavorful shredded pork dish. Use this as an entree by itself or as a filling for tacos, burritos. Also makes a great addition to nachos and quesadillas.

This version is baked, not fried. I did use some Pam spray to help the breadcrumbs stick though. It really kicked my craving!

I found this on FoodNetwork.com. It's got a very light flavor to it, but at the same time is very flavorful. I love it in the summer, but its good anytime.
