Zucchini Mini Muffins - Savory bites. Original recipe was made in 9x11 pan, however I like as mini muffins for a lite snack.
This is a remake of the easy no bake cho. peanut butter cookies.
I found this recipe randomly but knew it was a keeper by looking at the ingredients. Tastes a LOT more high cal than it really is. Takes one bowl to make, super easy...divine taste!
These have been a crowd favorite for years and I have always wondered just HOW caloric they are. Not something to make every day but if you want people begging you for more and/or to be a superstar, make these!
Right off the back of the Hershey's Cocoa container. Oh my gosh these are too gooooooood.
I developed this recipe (and others) for friends who celebrate Chanuka. The oil is am important symbol of the celebration which celebrates when one day's worth oil for the lamps in the temple lasted eight. Fried foods are a big part of Chanukah. Don't skimp on the oul listed. I have reduced it considerably from traditional recipes. You can add more or less onion depending on your tastes.
This is the only dairy-free cheesecake recipe I’ve ever found that looks, tastes and feels like the real thing. Modified to be lower-carb from: https://avirtualvegan.com/vegan-new-york-c

Fairly quick and easy. You can top it with Cool Whip or other topping if you like. If you use an immersion blender, it will be light and fluffy.
I didn't have jalapenos but was fixin for something spicy, but not too fatty. So I thought up these "poppers." I had these mini bell peppers that I found. They are small peppers that LOOK like jalapenos, but they are sweet.
I concocted this recipe out of my head. I wanted to have something spicy for Super Bowl Sunday, but didn't want to make traditional buffalo wings. I wanted something with a bit more flavor, as well as having some more nutritional value.
You'll never miss the batter - or the gluten/carbs - in these crowd-pleasing green gems!
I wanted to give the success rice some flavor and man o man is this good all by itself! I'm planning on using it in som stuffed peppers, unfried rice, spanish rice and just as a side dish. It's easy to make and in the microwave, too!
