I use this for a meal if I have had a large lunch and just need something to finish out my day. It is filling and light at the same time. You get a serving of dairy and fruit in for the day. The toasted pecans add the extra taste to the taste buds. If you want to added a artificial sweetner you can do that to make it sweeter, but I just use the grapes for the sweetness.
