Ingredients

1 16 oz can (2 cups) garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
4 cloves garlic, minced (adjust to taste)
1/4 cup lemon juice (adjust to taste)
1 Tbsp. tahini
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cumin seeds (use less if powdered)
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 cup fresh parsley or cilantro, minced (optional)
Tips
Adjust the amout of garlic and spices to suit your taste. I love garlic, but it may be too much for some people. Roasted garlic is even better.
Directions
Place all in food processor and blend until smooth. Add water as needed to get the right consistency and keep the food processor going smoothly.
