This recipe is from the Prevention website and is served with 1 cup of berries of your choice
Strawberry, Blueberries, Banana, Vanilla Yogurt & Whey protein powder
Use ice cold water. Mix all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until frothy.
The frozen berries will act as ice in thickening the smoothie, but if you want it more icy, add a few ice cubes.
