Something different for breakfast. Have 1 or 2 depending on what you want for calories for breakfast
I modified this into a lowfat low carb breakfast main dish. It is great for leftovers as well. Garnish with fresh tomatoes, salsa and fresh cilantro.

Pancake mix, grated apple, a little beet puree and some ricotta cheese for a full protein meal.

This is a different recipe for the Vegan Granola Bars I previously posted. It uses half raisins and dates and replaces the almonds with walnuts.
Granola Bars taste better when you do them yourself and when they're not harming any animals. For an alternative, try them with semi-sweet chocolate chips, different nuts or some other dried fruits.
