I always have to have something carby in the morning. These hit the spot without the guilt and don't taste like cardboard. The chia and whole wheat flour give long lasting energy. Try them topped with a little nutella and sliced bananas, or add some mini chocolate chips or cinnamon to the batter. There are tons of possibilities. Use your imagination! They freeze well in a plastic bag. Reheat them in the toaster oven or microwave.

Fritatta with egg, egg white, turkey sausage, bell pepper, onion, mushroom, cheese
Heat olive oil add in the chourico cut into tiny piece. Wish the egg on a bowl add in egg white. Pour into the frying pan. Flip omolote over and when done remove to plate. Blot away any excess olive oil with a paper towel.
