Healthier version of the Starbucks Tazo Chai Frappuccino with Vanilla Bean
I use these simple egg muffins to help get some veggies into my diet when I eat breakfast or for my protein snacks.
Chicken is sauteed in water from mandarin oranges and 2tsp of organic soy sauce then placed over other ingredients that have been tossed with thinned and lightened dressing.
For a learning diabetic, this was some of the foods I was allowed to eat so I just added them together to make a soup. (Because I love soup) This is my first experiment. So if you like it let me know.

This nutrient dense breakfast/brunch is very tasty and filling. *Using goat's milk/cheese instead of cow's milk allows this to be A-Okay for my son that has an intolerance to Casein.
