Great breakfast muffins. Fruits and nuts can be changed to other options.
1 1/4 cup almond flour 1 tsp Chili powder(my adaptation) 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp baking soda 3 eggs 2 cups grated cheddar cheese Mix almond flour, chili powder, salt & baking soda. Add in eggs and mix well. Stir in cheese. Scoop 1/4 cup into paper lined muffin tins. Bake @ 350 degrees for 25-30 mins. This is my keto breakfast.
