I love pasta with cheddar cheese. But I want to eat healthy. Hence I have tried it with all sorts of vegetables. Hope you like this.
Use Pam to lightly grease 3 muffin tin cups. Line three cups each with 2 slices of ham. Bake @ 350 for 10 minutes. Crack an egg into each cup and break the yolk. Bake until firm.
A healthy version of the miracle quiche that needs no crust, but makes its own. You can add spinach,, drained and chopped, but it will increase the sodium, which is already pushing the limit.
Boil water
Add water to raisins and set aside
Add sugar egg and milk, then add raisin and water when cooled
Mix dry ingredients then add to wet
Pour in loaf pan
Bake at 350 for 40-45 min
This is the first time I have made this recipe, so I am going to figure out how many calories are actually in it.

Cool and refreshing summer soup that you can prepare a day ahead of time. Actual time spent preparing is way less than 25 minutes. Use the down time to read, do some crunches, whatever!
For a change of pace, substitute basil for the mint or substitute 3 cups peaches, 1 cup strawberries for the cantalope.
