This is my adaptation of the Crockpot Porridge recipe from the Eat Clean Diet Cookbook. Just put everything in your crockpot and you have breakfast for a crowd or enough oatmeal to have on hand for the whole week. It's delicious!
These are basically pancakes made with Buckwheat flour which has a good nutty flavour.
You can fill them for a main meal, with anything you like, but here I have included a quickly made chicken filling.
You could plate this with a small side salad.
Just another idea for the favorite tuna fish sandwich. I just use one piece of the bread so not to make it a heave snack and you can add other side dishes to it if you want to eat it with anything else. You can go lighter with the horseradish if you do not like it that strong. This tasted very good and it was a light snack to hold me over until dinner really. Hope you like it.
Yummy breakfast @ only 150 Calories with all the food groups except grain, which is easily cured with a side of whole wheat toast.
while a bit heavy on the calories, these muffins will give you a good start on the day. These are for large muffins as well. Medium size muffins will be quite a lot less.

This is adapted from the Cooking Light "Rosti Casserole with Baked Eggs". By using sweet potatoes instead of regular potatoes, goat cheese instead of Gruyere, and adding black beans, this recipe punches up the fiber and taste!
Diced peaches flavor with bran muffin, chopped walnut meats decorate top of muffin.
By substituting apple sauce with oil, and egg whites for eggs, cuts over 50 calories from these yummy muffins. Add one banana for a little healthier twist, and you get 16 muffins (four more than what the box states!) AND much lower calories!
This is the best way i could write out the ingriedients. This is a Protein salad that my local grocery store carries. This salad is dynamite and has actually been one of two salads that have turned my life around hope you like it as much as i do..enjoy!

This is a recipe I found on here already, but I substituted some lighter ingredients to make it lower in calories.
