Serve a think, toasted slice with soup or with jam for breakfast. Its combination of savory and sweet flavors will have you sneaking back to the kitchen for one more nibble.
For nutrition calculations, it is for the whole loaf. You figure out the nutrition info based on how many slices you cut it in. My loaf was larger than the 10 servings they suggested.
I had to alter the original ingredients a little based on what I had on hand. :)

Absoloutely beats the old Tuna melts! In a 'pinch' I've used regular tuna (well drained) & added liquid smoke to it to get the same taste & results!

** Note, I wasn't too pleased with the entire appearance and consistency of this Version I've given. My recommendation and trial later will be to chop the Apples instead and add them to the Mixed Batter and cook this as an Original Pancake Batter in a Non-Stick Pan.
I know that usually if something is runny and warm it is called a soup, but I am calling this a Smoothie because I put it in the blender and drink it from a cup...and boy is it goood....

Yummy multi grain pancakes...I just made some substitutions to the box mix to make them lower calories. Enjoy!
Very nice light meal. You don't have to use the crab meat you can just use the panko's but the crab gives a better flavor
