Great breakfast scone. Original recipe found in YouTube. Only slightly changed to my taste.

You can do a bunch of subsitution to make give these waffles a bit more punch. I'm sure that you can convert these to pancakes wit more liquid, but I haven't gotten around to making it that way as yet.
You can make this as an omelet, but you need more eggs, so mine ended up as a scramble, but it tastes so good!!

I love oatmeal and I love it full and satisfying! This recipe is great! You can make a big batch and refrigerate and grab a cup for breakfast through out the week. Add any topping you like! Oatmeal is good refrigerated for about 3 to 4 days.

Lovely light texture, fresh Springtime (fabulous) taste! High protein salad or dessert, although I adore it for breakfast also. Egg white protein powder is optional. Very easy to make and to pretty up for company.

Preheat oven to 350. Grease and lightly flour 12 muffin cups. Whisk milk, eggs, flour, salt and pepper in medium bowl. Stir in cheese, broccoli, and bell pepper. Spoon 1/4 to 1/3 of mixture into each cup. Bake 23-28 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 15 minutes. Run knife or small spatula around inside edges of cups. Carefully remove quiches and serve.
