I made this soup so I could have something good and low in calories and fat for lunch and dinner for the next coupla days. I was also able to make it as spicy as I wanted because its just for me. My kids love cabbage and I usually can't make it spicy at all. My husband couldn't stop eating it and he is nowhere near on a diet
