Another What's on hand smoothie at home trial. Obviously not a great choice if you're on a strict diet since it would be easy to drink the whole thing as a meal but come up to heavy on carbs and short on protein. Great for after workout if you're not trying to lean up at the same time.

Change cheese to any low fat kind you like. Substitute1 cup of your favorite vegie for the spinach. Add 3/4 c. any meat you like. (changes nutrition values)
