Original recipe called for pecans but I had walnuts and thought they were pretty good. I had to adjust my ingredients to make a batter that could be made into balls.
Chocolate Cake. Suggested serving with Ganache, Whipped Cream, and Pecans. Suggested servings not included in calorie count. Cooled cake may be frozen, wrapped tightly in saran wrap, for up to 2 months. Thaw at room temperature or defrost in microwave.

Here is a cheesecake recipe that was converted from full fat to lower fat and calories. It will melt in your mouth. Serving sizes are generous so you will feel like you ate dessert!

Adding peanut butter and some strawberry preserves livens up regular sugar cookies.
