A makeover of LYSAX13 Easy Berry Cobbler (based on a Weight Watcher recipe). Using sugar free cake mix and cutting in half. This has half the calories (approximately 150 compared to 217).
These a re child hood memory of mine and after surgery I cant do sugar so this is the next best thing.
My take on my father-in-law's recipe for bread pudding. He is a chef, and I loooove his bread pudding. The amounts are just guidelines. I prefer mine a little less sweet and without a topping. For this amount of calories you can top it how you like. You can also add raisins if you like.

These are based upon the mini cheesecakes in the book Protein Power. I changed it in order to use things that I had in the house. They are so easy and quick to make and super yummy if you've been feeling sweets deprived.
