I recently discovered the beauty of Nutella, and thought the flavor might be nice in a cheesecake! I've seen other recipes, but they seemed a little too rich/sweet for my taste!
Variation from a cake mix... nice when you don't have time to bake!

Substitutes applesauce for butter or oil. Tends to rise when cooking, spread evenly and thin.

Start this when you know you'll be doing something around the house for a few hours. Serve as a dessert that will surprise and impress your friends, your family and yourself!

This dessert looks impressive and is easy to do. I changed to no and lo fat ingredients and removed all the sugar I could. At 300 calories a serving, its a special treat.
Tangy buttermilk sets off the sweetness of these vanilla sugar cookies. They're cake-like in texture and taste like 'Nilla wafers!
Stevia-sweetened, egg free but still sinfully delicious, this makes an awesome finish to a meal or a snack curled up in front of the fire. Makes about 1/2 cup per serving.
Adapted from Home Grown Harvest, I used whole wheat pastry flour along with homemade beet infused cocoa, home-dried cherries, homegrown beets, flaxseed to make a vegan treat for the girls at my hair salon. Applesauce from local apples replaced half the oil too - but you'd never guess these were in any way healthy!
This is nothing short of decadent - a light orange flavour in the background of full-on white chocolate and buttery bliss. It's a great accompaniment to a dark chocolate ice cream or drizzled over strawberry filled crepes! Recipe makes about 1 1/4 cups sauce, 10 two-tbsp servings.
All the delish, none of the guilt! Directly out of the oven, they have a cake-like consistency. Try without the egg white if you'd like a denser brownie (increase yogurt to 1 cup if you do this).
And these are even tastier if you can wait a day. After they are fully cooled, cover with plastic wrap and the next day they have an extra fudgy consistency.
